Valido’s Fish Seasoning is a mixture of exotic spices and sauces to produce one of a kind seasoning. This seasoning can be rubbed over the fish and it can be charred on both sides in a heavy iron skillet over medium-high heat or grilled in an oven. This mixture can also be added in a flour to coat fish before frying it.
